 I can't say that I've lost a ton of weight like other people, but I also haven't used it habitually daily, so that's not something that I can say either way.
The only thing that's a little weird for me is the taste. You would think that the capsule would not have a taste per say, but you get that diet pill flavor on the way down.
Make sure you follow the directions for the first couple of days and half the dose. If not you will feel like you've had 20 shots of espresso back to back. August 05, 2012
