 Should be called rectal assault: stomach cramps and diarrhea. However, it does provide great pumps and the 4g of beta alanine control the lactic acid. Too sweet for my liking, but I'm going to finish the jug and see if my stomach adapts, if so I'll buy again. January 05, 2012
