 This isn't an NO, so you won't get much of a pump. It also isn't very strong stimulant-wise, so the focus and energy aren't as intense as with other pre w/o's. But because of that it doesn't kill hunger and you won't crash after. I gained marked strength increases though, very smooth and clean energy. I've tried both flavors, they're both good but the flavor is a bit pungent. Hard to describe but after a few weeks it gets a bit bleh. February 03, 2013

 I've almost finished my first tub and I still get the beta alanine tingles every time, and it also still tastes great (green apple). Good pump and focus, not to mention an amazing amount of energy for my 5am w/o's. I do crash off of it about an hour later every time though, and I had some stomach issues for the first week until I got used to it. Not bad, but I'm trying something else next time. I got the chocolate and it tastes and mixes great. I've gotten quite a bit bigger since starting my bulk with this, although it would be nice if the carb source wasn't derived from sucralose or maltodextrin, but most mass gainers are like that unfortunately. Overall a solid and much overlooked product. You can't really beat the price either. February 03, 2013
