 I've taken a lot of pre workout products over the years, but this is by far the worst tasting one I've ever encountered. Imagine what a new box of band aids smells like and that is what you have to choke down...but with a hint of raspberry. It does provide extra energy for my workout, but not enough to justify the taste. I can't testify to the t-boosting properties, as I've only taken it a few times, but I felt I needed to get this warning out as soon as possible. February 09, 2013
