High Protein Pancake Mix

 This stuff is great, low in fat, and calories and high in protein. Easy to make and taste great! Whenever I mix I usually toss in a small amount of chopped up pecans or some fresh blueberries. I usually order 2 of these at a time so I always have them. October 09, 2011
