 I like this protein. It is very watery when you mix it with anything goes down fast and easy. The vanilla custard really tasts like vanilla custard. I would get some Jello instant pudding and add rice milk and dream whip for a graet treat! Oh much less bloat in my tummy -- the whey gives me pushed out look :( July 28, 2012

It works after the fourth time I drank it- no pain from my workout on a hardcore LEG day. So yes, it's hard to get down at first but most people do shots-- so just do it! I think the flavor of orange is so concentrated it's mind boggling. I can't say anything about the muscle growth yet but ill keep you posted next container I buy! July 28, 2012
