I agree with Anthony's comment and would like to add that I prefer this product over the monohydrate. It seems to give me an extra push beyond what I was getting before. Also, I found that one capsule is enough to get started (I weigh 165lbs and the recommended dose is based on weight), but if you really want an extreme pump take two.
