 For once I found a good overall protein that tastes good with water. I use vanilla and you want to use cold water. If you do, it tastes like melted vanilla ice cream. It's also the easiest prep I have ever had. Old water bottle and just add about 8 oz of water and shake it up. No special shakers and no clumpy problems like a lot of other proteins. For the price per serving, you can't beat it. Just started but I will definitely write about the results when I am done with my workout cycle. May 14, 2011
