 Double chocolate (10 lb) supposed to be a good protein whey powder. Have not yet done any miracles for me but will probably re-order if I get a deal on it. If not, I will move to something else. I do eat healthy and work out at least 5 days a week. Chocolate is not bad. May 13, 2011

 You need vitamins when working out. I used to take this back in high school. Taking the big pills--no problem--justtake them with food. Your urine is yellow (that's normal) just try to take at least one gallon of water during the day if you can manage. I will re-order this item. 11 pills are better than just one pill for vitamins making sure you get all vitamins in your system. May 13, 2011
