I started taking one pill at night, then two pills, wow, about 15 minutes after falling asleep I woke up and jumped on my wife, then sleep so deep and the dreams were like a movie!  I usually buy the pills but they're so big and you have to take 4, hard to swallow in the morning. I'd be lucky to eat 2. Trying the powder out I noticed right away because I get the right dose that my veins are dilating a lot more and I can actually feel it when I'm resting.
