 Thank GOD for the first supplement I've ever tried that doesn't give me flu-like shakes. Over 5 years I've tried a a dozen others with similar features and ingredients, all claiming similar outcomes, yet this is the only one I can take that doesn't leave me flush-faced and jittery-EVEN when I take the recommended dosage.
