ZMA
by
ProSource
I lift 4 - 5 days a week and with a herniated disc in my lower lumbar. I took a 12 hr pain killer almost nightly to ease my inflammation. 2 nights on ZMA and I was sold! I can't tell you enough how well rested I felt and with no pain. My muscles felt refreshed as well. A very inexpensive way to recover...no more pain pills. September 07, 2011

Great protein with a good profile! It's a very fine powder and just by looking at it you know it's going to mix easily. It tastes great, it's inexpensive, and I'm pleased to see whey isolate as the primary source September 07, 2011

Possibly the most affordable weight gainer out there! Chocolate- Delicious! Taste like a chocolate malt! Strawberry- Tastes "okay". It's not bad...just not as good. Good recovery. Carbs from maltodextrin help with the absorbtion. If you know weight gainers then you know the servings are gonna be huge. It's about 4 half cup sized scoops. You can always split those up to adjust with your diet. I carb back load so on heavier days or bigger muscle groups(legs) I'll do the full serving after workout. November 04, 2011

First off- Leaucine likes to stay in particles. It's not clumpy. It's like little shavings. 4 stars for mixability, but that's to be expected w/leaucine. The taste (I purchased lemonade) is very tolerable. It's not sugary lemonade like you're used to but it actually tastes refreshing. This is a very affordable BCAA powder and with a good ratio! Better recovery! November 04, 2011
