Taste is something to be desired, but if you add a little more water in than it suggests, it's alright. Gets gritty really fast, but it has worked wonders for me so far. You want something based just on taste, buy No-Xplode, but this stuff by far is better as a post workout supplement April 16, 2011

Taste is a little behind Optimum Nutrition's 100 whey protein, but this stuff is a lot better. Zero cholesterol. I mix one heaping scoop with 6 oz of milk and 6 oz of water and it is delicious April 16, 2011

 Great product. Bought one at GNC for $9.97 (wish I didnt). This one is small. Even though it is 20oz it doesn't give you a ton of room to mix something with 12 oz of a drink. I use this one to mix my supplements that only require 4-6 oz of water, nothing more. April 16, 2011
