 I think that this product is an OK product. First of all when I took this product I tried the orange. You really must take this as a shot or else you will have a bad taste in your mouth. In the gym it does well. Focused and prepared for things to come. This product was not really enough energy for me in the gym. Made me feel tingly all over too.
