 I am a big fan of Supremem Protein bars, however this flavor is not my favorite. It is good but sort of dry in the mouth. Alcohol sugar content is high. In looking at Fortix they seem to be a better choice with less sugers. However I will continue to by these also. I love the Peanut Butter and Jelly bars the best. So this rating is for this flavor and not the overall brand November 13, 2012
