 I'm 29 and have noticed a real change in how I feel, heal and look since I peaked physically in my early 20's. I've never taken a steroid and thought this may help return some of that feeling I once had. I have been taking 2 pills morning and night for two plus weeks and I don't feel any different. I'm not saying your flushing your money, but maybe buying some more red meat instead would serve you better. October 12, 2011

Tastes good. I'm not a huge "supplement guy" and haven't tried much so for me this product is take it or leave it. I don't feel any different than when I sip water during my workout. I also feel just as sore as I always did the next morning. I will spend the money on more chicken at the grocery store next time. October 12, 2011
