As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets three times per day with meals.

Comments:    I ran out of my GNC MegaMan multi one day. It wasn't during the first 7 days of the month so I couldn't get my discount. So I figured I would try out Prosource's MegaMax Multi instead. A year later & I'm still using MegaMax. I love this product, it's very complete with everything I was looking for. It makes me feel Energized, focused & over all a much happier & healthier person. Got thru the winter without any colds or flu. This is a great product.

Comments:    I've been lifting weights for 15 years now, and I can honestly say that Mega Max is by far the best full spectrum Multi-Vitamin I've ever taken. Since I've been on Mega Max, I felt healthier and am recovering from my workouts a little faster (probably due to the high amount of B vitamins). I strongly recommend Mega Max to anyone who is serious about bodybuilding.
