Comments: Hands down the best weight gainer I have ever used, I have tried em all, True-Mass, Mass-Tech, Cyto-gainer, I put on more weight then I can count. I ate five meals a day + four shakes and I put on about 15 pounds of muscle with one box of this...best weight gainer...period!!
