Recommended Usage: Mix one scoop of Matrix 5.0 in 8-16 ounces with water or milk. For those with lower protein needs 1/2 scoop may be combined with 4 ounces of milk or water. Note the extra calories when combined with milk. Remember that the best times for supplementing protein are first thing in the morning upon rising, after intense physical activity such as weight training and prior to sleep.

I enjoy the strawberry flavor of this - great value - I use two scoops in a blender with 5 ice cubes, and sometimes a banana. Works well for morning protein intake. Lots of servings and a decent price. Avoid the vanilla flavor as it has a nasty coconut overtone to it. Unless you like coconut.

Best tasting casein protein hands down, like drinking a Oreo cookie

This product is by far my favorite Protein Powder available. The only gripe I would have is that there are other products that have a bit more protein per serving. That's not even an issue with me because the taste of this protein is about 5x better than said other products. Highly recommend this and the vanilla flavor.
