Recommended Usage: Mix one scoop of Matrix 5.0 in 8-16 ounces with water or milk. For those with lower protein needs 1/2 scoop may be combined with 4 ounces of milk or water. Note the extra calories when combined with milk. Remember that the best times for supplementing protein are first thing in the morning upon rising, after intense physical activity such as weight training and prior to sleep.
