Recommended Usage: Directions: As a dietary supplement use daily as directed take 1 slightly rounded scoop in the AM with 16 ounces of water, 30 minutes prior to eating breakfast. Then, take a second scoop in the afternoon prior to eating lunch or a snack. On Workout Days: Mass Cycle is effectively utilized as a post-workout supplement. Depending if you are training in the AM or PM, take that specific serving immediately following your training session with 16 ounces of water.

Comments:    I'm a hardgainer. I've tried cell mass & cell tech. The mass cycle by fizogen gave me outstanding results. It thicked my mass alot to the point where I wasn't puffy but mt muscles where fully loaded and I still held on to my six pack. Buy this if you are a hard gainer. stack w/nytro whey hard gainers and maybe on/off cycle. I put on 8 lbs in six weeks
