Amount Per Serving: Vitamin E (From D-Alpha Tocopherol Acid Succinate) 200IU, Vitamin B6 (From Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 25mg, Pantothenic Acid (From D-Calcium Pantothenate) 50mg, Zinc (From Zinc Picolinate) 15mg, Choline Bitartrate 100mg, L-Arginine Hydrochloride 1400mg, L-Tyrosine 50mg, Yohimbe Bark Extract (Standardized For 2% Yohimbe Alkaloids) 400mg, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract (Standardized For 24% Flavone Glycosides) 30mg, Plant Sterol Concentrate (From Soy) (Standardized For 40% Beta-Sitosterol) 60mg, Saw Palmetto Berry Extract 60mg.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Purified Water, Magnesium Stearate, MCT, Silica.

Directions: As a dietary supplement for me, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the daytime and another 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning below. Begin use with half the recommended dose (3 capsules daily) to access your tolerance. Also follow a low cholesterol and low animal fat diet and exercise program daily.

WARNING: This product contains L-tyrosine and yohimbe bark extract which contains yohimbine. Do not use this product if you are at risk or are being treated for high blood pressure, heart, kidney, thyroid, or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder or stroke. Consult your health care professional before use if you are taking antidepressants, MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drug. Not for use in children, geriatric patients or females. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache or heart palpitations occur.
