M1-BOL combines an esterified anabolic agent ((2OR,22R)-2B,3B,22-tri-acetyl-14a,20,25-trihydroxy-5B-cholest-7-en-6-one-ester) with a matrix of esterified versions of arginine, creatine, and citrulline that may facilitate muscle pump and cell volumization.

Other Ingredients: ContinueFLOW Time Release Delivery System - Di-Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Stearate Histrene, Maltodextrin, B-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide and Cellulose Ethers.

Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 4 caplets 3 times daily 30 minutes before eating with 16 ounces of water. On workout days take one of your 4 caplet daily servings prior to working out on an empty stomach with 16 ounces of water.

Comments:    I hear that the manufactor is going out of business. That is too bad the product works but the over price their products. It not only ripped me up but my waits lost 4 inches. They not only ripped me it but th eprice was a ripp off.
