Log In Problems
New Accounts
All new accounts require a unique e-mail address (such as "webmaster@prosource.net"). By default, your billing and shipping address will be the same and you will be asked twice to enter your First Name and Last Name.
Logging In
Prior to March 18th, 2008 ProSource accounts used both an e-mail address or a user ID (e.g. 'smith123'). We have recently eliminated all user ID's and replaced them with customer e-mail addresses.
Forgotten Passwords or User Names (a.k.a. User ID)
Is a lost password stopping you from ordering products? ProSource will email you log in information and all you need is your e-mail address.
- Note: If your former account had "hello@prosource.net" as the User ID and "goodbye@prosource.net" as the account e-mail address then "goodbye@prosource.net" would be your new log in
- Note: If you had multiple log in accounts ALL having the same e-mail address (and possibly different passwords) then the password from the newest account will be used. Please use the forgot password as needed.
