Lipo 6X is the evolution of Nutrex Research's highly popular Lipo 6 thermogenic formula, carrying all of the stimulant properties of the original (Synephrine HCL, yohimbine and caffeine), plus acacia ridigula (an alkaloid based norepinephrine potentiator).

Recommended Usage: Start off with only 2 multi-phase capsules on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase dosage by 1 capsule every two days until maximum dosage of 4 capsules per day is reached. From here on take 2 multi-phase capsules in the morning and an additional 2 capsules in the afternoon. DO NOT EXCEED 4 MULTI-PHASE CAPSULES PER DAY. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For optimum results Lipo-6X should not be taken with meals. Consume at least 30 minutes before a meal. Lipo-6X is best used in cycles. The suggested cycle length is 8 weeks followed by a 1 week break.

Comments:    My boyfriend and I have both been taking this product for a few months and we have both lost quite a bit of body fat. Mostly that extra body weight that we could never seem to get rid of. We take 2 pills once in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast even though the directions say to take it twice a day, it seems to be working well enough. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone trying to lose that extra 5-10 pounds that never seems to go away. And it doesn't give you that tweaked out feeling. Make sure you eating something within an hour after taking it, it gives that nauseous feeling on an empty stomach.
