Recommended Usage: Drink one vial on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to workout. A second vial or Lean Up Capsules can be taken for added energy or reduced appetite during the day. Always allow at least 4-6 hours between any Lean Up serving. Do not consume more than two vials per day. Best results when used for four consecutive weeks combined with diet and exercise.
