This is part of my pre-workout regimen. I will combine this woth L-carnitine, and Taurine for an awesome effect to complete my workouts.

It's a good supplement, but when trying to cut down the total cost of my order, this is one of them that gets cut

This product...WORKS!!!! I take this with my pre-workout--has an extra kick. I have been on so many pre-workout supplements for so long most of them don't work on me. By taking L-Tyrosine along with any pre-workout supplement..WOW!! Just don't take it a few hours before bed or you might be up for a while
