This branched chain amino acid powder contains 5 grams of the 3 aminos L-leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-valine known for their anticatabolic (preventing muscle breakdown) and anabolic (muscle building) effects.

Recommended Usage: Consume Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder between meals. 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder to a glass filled with 6-8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. Then mix up with a spoon. Stir for about 15-20 seconds.
Warnings: Contains soy (lecithin) ingredients. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Comments: Its true this product does not mix super well and it does not taste great. But just take it. Mix it with something else. This product gives you more quality bcaa's for less money them any other. If you want something that tastes good go eat a candy bar. If you want something that works try this.
