Recommended Usage: Take 2 multi-phase capsules 30 minutes prior to working out. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Warning:NOT FOR USE BY INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS. DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR NURSING. Consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, depression or other psychiatric condition, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder, or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug, or over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, asthma, cough or cold, and weight control products). Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause adverse health effects. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine or have a medical condition should consult a licensed health care professional before consuming this product. Do not use this product if you are more than 15 pounds over weight. The consumer assumes total liability if this product is used in a manner inconsistent with label guidelines. Do not use for weight reduction. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.

Comments:    Hey folks, listen, this product is AWESOME, the only thing is that if you dont take it before your workout u will absolutely know so. I feel like crap if I try or forget to workout without taking it. Buy this product, its cheap and it works, if you stack it with the Lipo 6x you will get results out of this world.

Comments:    This product is amazing for me. It gives you unbelievable focus in the gym. Its not an energy booster by far but if you take it and wait 20 minutes i swear when you look yourself in the mirror you are looking at someone else. It is extremely intense. 2 weeks on couple of days off and start again!

Comments:    Have been using for a lil less then a week. Have to say im very unimpressed. 2 Caps are certainly not enough to feel really anything. I would not buy this product again.
