Usage
Preparation Instructions: 1) Blend 2 Scoops (57g) (makes about 3 Pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
2) Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300°F griddle.
3) Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once.

I read the reviews and thought I just had to try them, not thinking they would be as amazing as they are. And, man, are they good. Sprinkle a few fresh blueberries in them. Holy goodness. I'd recommend them to anyone, even those not watching their dietary intake.

Best tasting pancakes I've made. It's a new staple in my food program.
I mix it with Whole Foods organic pancake mix to make it last longer. Nothing better then this and I've tried many. My wife, who doesn't like my 'healthy' eating experiments, loves these pancakes.

These are a must have! Egg whites and oatmeal get boring after a while! These pancakes are good, even better if you know how to alter the recipe!

This stuff is great, low in fat, and calories and high in protein. Easy to make and taste great! Whenever I mix I usually toss in a small amount of chopped up pecans or some fresh blueberries. I usually order 2 of these at a time so I always have them.

This is a great product, they offer a huge dose of protein and nutrition. These pancakes are fast and easy to make and they taste great. I only wish there was a wider variety of similar products (waffles, additional flavors). I eat these pretty much every day. They have enough carbohydrate to eat before a workout and enough protein to eat after. I don't ever not have these in stock in my pantry.

I like the pancake mix. It tastes really good. I have two in the morning with eggs. It has a lot of protein in it. I have started working out--trying to be healthier as I get older. Even my kids like it and it is hard to get kids to try certain foods. They are very good. One more thing: my boyfriend likes them too and he is also a healthy person. Thank you.

This pancake mix is wonderful. It's a good source of protein and carbs in the morning although I also drink a shake too. Nice texture and very good flavor. Pairs nicely with applesauce instead of syrup. My wife likes to eat them with Lite Cool Whip even Try them once... you'll be hooked
