Recommended Usage    Return to Top

Take 6 to 8 capsules daily at bed time on an empty stomach with water or as directed by a health care professional. Cycle 3 months on and 1 month off, then repeat.

Comments:    This product really surprised me when i first tried it about 2 years ago. I had a better nights sleep, i lost unwanted fat, especially around my belly, and i flat out had more energy. I wouldn't say you'd all have the same results as myself, i can only speak from my experiences guys, so draw your own conclusions and with the price its worth the risk unlike those overhyped miracle mass builders that come out every 4 months that cost an arm and a leg lol. Anyway.. give it a try if you think it can benefit you and ur goals
