In addition to Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL, a compound intended to facilitate intracellular transport of creatine through an alternate (and controversial) means, Green Bulge contains a Magnesium Creatine Chelate also meant to enhance creatine solubility. Taurine Ethyl Ester (TEE) and Arginine Ethyl Ester (AEE) are also present as NO-stimulating vasodilation agents, while 4-hydroxyisoleucine and K-RALA have been added to help scavenge free radicals and regulate insulin function.

Amount Per Serving: HyperCre Complex 2500 mg: Magnesium Creatine Chelate (2000 mg), Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (500 mg), HyperBulge Complex 950 mg: Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine Ethyl Ester Di-HCI, Arginine Ethyl Ester Di-HCI, Glycocyamine, K-RALA, 4-hydroxyisoleucine (20%).

Other Ingredients: Whey, gelatin, magnesium stearate.

Recommended Usage: Take 5 capsules 45-60 minutes prior to your workout and on non-workout days. If you weigh in excess of 225 pounds increase your dosage to 7 capsules.

Comments:    I liked this product, did notice gains while using it. Hadn't used creatine before, so I can't compare it. I am going to try another brand and then come back to Green Bulge if it doesn't work as well.

Comments:    After taking green bulge for 3 days I noticed a difference. I went from benching 200 lbs 3 reps to 6 reps after only 3 days. But, after the intial gains I never saw anymore after that. That is why I give it 1 star for the initial gains, but zero stars after that. Very disappointing after reading so many good comments on green bulge.

Comments:    This is a MAGNESIUM CREATINE CHELATE product, which has much better feedback than CEE. It also contains arginine ethyl ester, taurine and betaine + anti-oxidants. A great effective product!!!
