This post-workout recovery formula utilizes a 20 gram protein blend of hydrolyzed whey concentrate and whey isolate with 25 grams of fast acting carbohydrates derived from corn and rice. A 5 gram blend of leucine and aminogen (a digestive enzyme) are added along with L-taurine and L-phenylalanine.

Recommended Usage: To asses your individual tolerance combine ½ scoop of Golden FinisH with 4 oz of water and consume it after your workout. Shake well before drinking. On workout days, take one serving (3 scoops) after your training session with 20 oz of ice cold water for a creamier smoothie or take it with 40 oz of ice cold water for a thinner shake. For best results, Golden FinisH should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products (Creatine, Multivitamin, etc.), at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
