Usage
Directions:  Take Before, During, or After Training, Add 1 scoop per 8-12 fl oz of water.

Add 1-2 scoops to your shaker cup or water bottle, cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

In a gallon jug of water, place funnel into the mouth and add 12 scoops to the gallon of water. Close the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

In 5 Gallons of Water: Fill cooler with 5 gallons of water. Remove the scoop and add one full container. Stir thoroughly for 30/45 seconds.

As a carb sensitive bodybuilder, this is a great supplement for the off season and pre contest. Pumps are all about carbs. Take this pre workout and pumps are incredible

The orange mango twist tastes amazing. I have been using Glycofuse before I swim in the mornings for about a week now. So far I love the results. I usually have problems with eating before I swim or workout, but with glycofuse I get the energy without the stomach cramps. I definitely recommend this product for endurance athletes.
