Directions: Take 1 teaspoon mixed into 4 ounces of water or juice after training and 1 teaspoon prior to bed-time. Some athletes prefer to start out on glutamine with a loading phase.
For loading, the recommended use is: 1 teaspoon 30 mins before training, one teaspoon 30 mins after training, one teaspoon mid-day, and one teaspoon prior to bedtime.
