Directions: Use as a dietary supplement, take with approximately 6 ounces of water or juice. Beginners take one (1) serving (1 scoop) twice daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Advanced athletes take one to two (1-2) servings, twice daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. On on-training days, take one (1 serving) (1 scoop) first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach , or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
