Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, empty one packet of garbage? into a 16 fl oz bottle of water. Shake bottle until drink mix dissolves. For more intense flavor, mix with less water. For peak performance try drinking at least 20-30 minutes before activity or exercise. It is not recommended to consume more than 4 servings per day and more than one serving every 2 hours.
Warnings: Do not exceed suggested daily dose. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Consult a physician before using this product if you have a family history of angina, arrhythmia, heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, recurrent headaches, bleeding disorder, prostate enlargement, seizure disorder, or taking a MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drugs. Discontinue use if you experience excessive dizziness, nervousness, headaches, heart palpitations or sleeplessness. Do not use this product if pregnant or nursing.
