Gakic Hardcore is a patented pre-workout supplement utilizing Glycine-L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoisocaproic Acid Calcium (as in the original) with added energy facilitators caffeine and yohimbine. Prunus mume extract is added to this formula as well, which may have some efficacy as regards diminishing muscle fatigue.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Coating (Polyvinyl Alcohol, Polyethylene Glycol, Hydroxypropylcellulose Titanium Dioxide, Talc, Soy Lecithin, Polysorbate 80, FD&C Red # 40, FD&C Yellow # 6, FD&C Blue # 2), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Acesulfame Potassium.

Recommended Usage: Take 1 serving Gakic Hardcore(8 caplets) per day, between 40 to 45 minutes before a high-intensity workout. Due to the potent nature of this product, which works immediately and lasts throughout your training session, Gakic Hardcore should only be used on days that you work out and at no other time. Do not exceed 1 serving (8 caplets) in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume ten 8-oz. glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

Warnings: Not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a medical doctor before use if you have been treated for or diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition including (but not limited to) cardiovascular, central nervous system, or genito-urinary problems, cold sores, or if you are using any prescription or over-the counter medication(s).
