Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 5 to 16 oz of cold water and consume 30-40 minutes prior to training. To assess your tolerance, begin by using one half of one scoop the first time you use it. DO NOT EXCEED ONE SCOOP PER DAY. Fusion Force is a high-nutrient formulation and some people may want to consume a small meal approximately 30 minutes prior to using for easier assimilation.

Comments:    Fusion Force and Super Pump are the two best I have tried. In my opinon, Fusion Force has much more punch that can be felt due to the higher potencies and the one I purchase most frquently of the two. Hey, BioQest, ever consider adding a hefty blast of secretagogue to the original mix for us guys who are 40 and up?

Comments:    Probably more like 2 1/2 stars. The first few times I took it, I liked it. It does not mix as well as I liked, and after about two weeks, I felt as though the product lost it's effectiveness. No pumps, no focus, but I could tell an increase to the point of exhaustion. I feel that NO EXPLODE is a lot better product for my money.

Comments:    Great stuff, I have a lot of energy. My old work out took about 90 minutes for two body parts. I'm getting both done in 60 minutes now. i work out at 5pm Mon-Fri and drink it around 4-4:30. So much caffeine in it is difficult to fall asleeparound 10pm. Anyone out there experiencing this problem?

Comments:    wow!amazing product insane strength gains,unbeleivable pumps and great energy.i took 1 1/2-2 scoops instead of 1 scoop because i weigh about 260lb.people at my gym asked if i was taking steroids. this product is that good that people noticed a difference after only 1 bottle.truly a great product

Comments:    I felt that the "energy output claims" on the product weren't up to par with the claims made. It takes me about an hour to notice any energy increases at all. I do, however, feel that the product works as I feel more muscle fiber involvement in my workouts and I do get a good pump. For now, I feel Bioquest is top of the line along with MHP
