I tried adding this to my shakes in the morning for extra fiber but it doesn't mix very well. For some reason no matter what I mix it in it never devolves completely and I end up with a very nasty clump. : (

This fiber is excellent. No taste. I just add it to my shakes, and with the price you cant go wrong!

I add it 2 times a day to a shake. You can't even taste it. It's like that commercial that says "zwhere is the fiber?" They must use THIS stuff in their cereal. Love the stuff.
