EP NO is a support formula designed to assist red blood cell production by providing important compounds needed for their formation including sources of iron from liver and beet root and ferrous succinate, as well as B-12, B-6, folic acid and zinc. This product comes in low iron (4 mg) and high iron (31 mg).

Naturally occuring in Liver and Beer Root:
Iron, Folic Acid, Zinc, Magnesium, Beta-Carotene, Phosphorus, Vitamins, A, B2, B3, B6, B12, Choline, Calcium, Copper, Potassium, Sodium.
Amino Acids: Ascorbic Acid, Alanine, Cysteine, Cystine, Glutamic acid, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tyrosine, Tryptophan and Valine.
Take 3 tablets together once a day. For best results take EP-NO with a meal and do not consume with calcium supplements, coffee or tea.
