With 25 grams of protein (mostly from micronized whey isolate), 3 grams of fiber, 4 grams of sugar and 32 grams of carbohydrates, this quality cereal featuring whole grains can help increase overall protein intake. This product comes in a variety of flavors and is sweetened with sucralose.

Other Ingredients: sugar, corn flour, wheat flour, oat flour, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (one or more of: coconut, cottonseed, and soybean), salt, sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid (vitamin C), niacinamide, reduced iron, natural orange, lemon, cherry, raspberry, blueberry, lime and other natural flavors, red 40, blue 2, zinc oxide, yellow 6, turmeric color, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), blue 1, riboflavin, (vitamin B2), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), annatto color, vitamin A palmitate, bht (preservative), folic acid, vitamin B12, Vitamin D.) whey protein isolate, nonfat dry milk, potassium chloride, natural and artificial flavors, sucralose. Recommended Usage: Pour contents of 1 packet into a bowl. Add 4-5 ounces of cold water or milk. With spoon, gently mix contents of bowl together until powder is dissolved (about 10-30 seconds). Enjoy!

Comments:    This is just fruit loops with a scoop of whey in the package....When you put milk on it, it just clumps up. Id rather just eat fruit loops and have a shake along with it!
