Comments:    I am 43 years old and I know products work differently for different people, and I have used Pro Source products before and loved them. However, I tried this for three nights and couldn't sleep at all. I mean not even one hour of sleep. My mind was racing and I tossed and turned. This simply didn't work for me. Maybe I will try another GH product.

Comments:    Awesome product, make sure your protein intake is high and your carbs pretty low on this. I felt more alive in the AM, slept like a rock and was more aggressive and explosive in the gym. It is formulated for people over the age of 35-40 so the people posting 1 star are probably in the younger bracket that is why you felt nothing....
