Comments:    I really like this product, slight increase in muscle mass. Great effect on cognitive function though. I've been taking this product for about a month and I feel sharp as a tack. I noticed that I hit REM state (dreaming state) much faster at night. Very strange dreams but I wake up refreshed each morning. -Plus you get enough for like 3 months in one bottle!

Comments:    When I started taking these, it seemed difficult to fall asleep the first 3 or 4 nights. After that I slept really well, but had some crazy dreams. After about 2 weeks it seemed as my sleep went back to normal. There is a slight chance that these might have aided in adding muscle, but I started a different protein at the same time and that may have more to do with it. For $24 for 2 months, I may try them again in the future and see what happens.

Comments:    i have just started taking these and i notice that i have been geting a huge hunger all of the sudden where i wouldn't normaly. i wake up at 5:30 to goto work anyways , it's not making me wake up though. also im not sure if its this but i feel really relaxed until about 2 or 3 in the afternoon. after a hammering work out its nice to be able to calm down and get rest in as well.
