Ingredients: Pure dextrorotatory glucose crystals, Fructose, Sucrose, Calcium carbonate, Magnesium oxide, Monopotassium phosphate, Monosodium phosphate, Salt, Ascorbic acid, Niacinamide, d-Calcium pantothenate, Thiamin mononitrate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Biotin, Cyanocobalamin.

Recommended Use: Mix 1 serving (4 level tablespoons) of DGC in 16 ounces of water, juice, or add to your VP2 Whey Isolate and Ny-Tro Pro shakes. Consume before and/or during and after workouts. For endurance events and aerobic activities, mix 1 serving of DGC into 32 ounces of cold water and drink before, during and after event or exercise.
