Comments: A great protein source, complex carbs and plenty of GOOD calories to help pack on mass. My 16 yr old takes it in the morning as a meal replacement in water. He has packed on 15 solid pounds in 3 months, squatting over 400 and benching over 230. He is now close to 200 as he gets ready for football. Excellent ingredients. Highly recommended. 4 scoops for packing in calories or just 2 scoops for over 25 G of protein anytime.AAAA++++
