Comments:    This is the best creatine I've ever used. My recovery time is shorter, I have great pumps, and faster strength gains. You don't even have to do a "loading phase" with this product. I take 5 grams about 20-30 mins before my workout, and then 5 grams afterwards.

Comments:    I was a little skeptical of Pro Source products because I felt thaey gave themselves a lot of run with minimal for the other competitors but I've tried at least six different creatine products but this one here is the real deal.
