Creatine Transport is a creatine formula designed for fast uptake containing 75 grams of pharmaceutical dextrose with a 10 gram blend of DiCreatine malate, monohydrate and magnesium creatine chelate. Support compounds include 4 grams of L-glutamine per serving plus taurine, R-alpha lipoic acid and several forms of phosphorus, which may help support ATP production.

Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops with 12 ounces of cold water. Stir and serve. Creatine Transport should be consumed 2 times daily, one in the morning and ther other twelve hours later or immediately after workout for 5 days (Loading Dose). Thereafter, take one serving immediately after your daily workout, or take one serving upon awakening on non-workout days (Maintenance Dose). After consumption of Creatine Transport, drink an additional 8oz. of water to enhance glucose and creatine absorption. For maximum results, Creatine Transport should be used for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Warnings: As with all creatine products, maintain and adequate state of hydration during its use. Do not use if you suffer from diabetes or if you are prone to hyperglycemia and/or hypoglycemia; consult a physician. Since Creatine Transport stimulates insulin production and creatine delivery rapidly, some individuals and first time users may experience diarrhea, nausea, tiredness, or extreme thirst. If you experience such effects, drink the product slower over a thirty minute period, or take only one scoop of Creatine Transport four times daily for loading dose and two times for maintenance dose. If symptoms of sweating, nervousness, trembling, faintness, palpitation, or hunger occur discontinue product and consult a physician.
