Recommended Usage    Return to Top

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules twice daily.
Workout days: Take 3 capsules with 16oz of water 15-30 minutes before workout. Take another 3 capsules with 16oz of water 15-30 minutes after workout.
Non workout days:/ Take 3 capsules with 16oz of water with first meal. Take another 3 capsules with 16oz of water with meal 4-6 hours later.

Store in a cool dry place. Protect from heat, light and moisture.

Comments:    okay product but I felt more from regular creatine monohydrate formulas such as cell tech, synthatrex and phosphagen.

Comments:    Pretty good creatine supplement. Notice a nice boost in my workout performance but it started to taper off toward the end of the bottle.

Comments:    it says 40 day supply but i weight 220 so it was a 30 day supply. WORST CREATINE ever!! I didnt get a thing out of it!
