This successor in Labrada's CreaLean line substitutes the research-proven creatine monohydrate agent in the original with a creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride. This esterified form of creatine utilizes water solubility as a means of moving creatine content across the cell membrane via "passive diffusion." Whether this works at all (or works better than creatine monohydrate) is still the subject of intense debate in medical research circles. CreaLean 2 contains 2100 mg of CEEH per serving.

Recommended Usage: Take 3 capsules twice daily. On training days, take one serving (3 capsules) with 12 ounces of water 15 minutes prior to training and one serving (3 capsules) within 30 minutes after training. On non-training days, take one serving (3 capsules) in the AM and another serving in the PM. CreaLean2 can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. Store in a cool dry place. Protect from heat, light, and moisture.
