Creakic Hardcore updates MuscleTech's popular volumizer (containing the original ingredient Creatine-6, 8-Thiactic Acid-Ketoisocaproic Acid Calcium) with the addition of creatine taurinate and creatine pyroglutamate. Recommended Usage: Take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 3 caplets) with an 8 oz. glass of water daily. On workout days, take 1 serving first thing in the morning and the other serving immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other anytime during the day. Do not exceed 2 servings (6 caplets) in a 24-hour period. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily to help enhance creatine absorption, to maintain an adequate state of hydration, and for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. This bottle provides a 1-month supply based on 2 servings per day.
